Education: Dr. Webber earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from New York University in 2021.

Research: Dr. Webber specializes in randomized numerical methods and their applications in data science and scientific computing.

Teaching: Dr. Webber will teach probability and data science courses at an upper-undergraduate and graduate level.

Prior to UC San Diego: From 2021-2024, Dr. Webber was a postdoctoral scholar at the California Institute of Technology, hosted by Joel A. Tropp.
